Secret Santa - Who hasn't received art?

Just a quick few questions:

1. Who hasn't received their art yet? I was just aware of some artists actually sent through email but not on dA?

2. For those who haven't given their art yet, who is still intended to finish their pieces?

3. Who is willing to volunteer to draw for those who still haven't received their art?
